Bayview Gardens has been developed by Vancouver-based Canwall Inteltec Development Corp, which selected the highly regarded firm of Neale Staniszkis Doll Adams (NSDA) to design Parksville’s newest condominium development. Based in Vancouver, NSDA is a six-time recipient of Lieutenant Governor’s and other awards and has an outstanding reputation for the quality and diversity of its projects.

Saywell Contracting is an Island-based builder with broad experience in both residential, commercial, and new-build construction. With offices in Nanaimo and Victoria, Saywell employs experienced trades people and has a solid track record for its building and project management expertise.
