Live at Bayview Gardens, and you’re right in the centre of one of the most popular recreational areas on Vancouver Island. Of course there’s golf, hiking, camping and biking. But living by the sea means you can also go sport fishing, canoeing, kayaking, diving, beachcombing, sailing and windsurfing.

Parksville’s downtown is bustling. Great shopping, fine dining and a full selection of services are all within easy reach. The popular Old Country Market in Coombs is also nearby.

Only 25 minutes by car from the BC Ferries’ terminal in Nanaimo and 90 minutes from the Swartz Bay terminal in Victoria, Parksville is also accessible by air from Comox, a short drive up the coast, and from Nanaimo.
